Johan Brits (45), a former manager of Kango Wines, has appeared in the Oudtshoorn Magistrate’s Court on 23 charges of fraud after he allegedly sold illegal mixtures to bottle store owners as cheap wine aimed at the lower income market, says a report in The Herald.
