The spoil continues with Chocolate-dipped strawberries; Mini fruit pavlova, and the delightful flavours of Rose Turkish delight.
For savoury bites, guests can relish a selection of a Mini goats’ cheese and red onion marmalade quiche; Thai-style fish cake with red pepper pesto; Classic cucumber and minted cream cheese finger sandwich; Cheese puff with smoked salmon cream cheese; Prawn and avocado salsa tostada and a delicious Coronation chicken sandwich.
To complete the experience, a selection of fine teas or coffee is available – the perfect finish to a day of epicurean spoils served in the elegant Summer Lounge of The Plettenberg, where luxury, relaxation and breathtaking sea views harmoniously blend.
