It is well worth the extra few minutes to observe these protocols and really not at all inconvenient. To set your mind at ease, the protocols include screening stations, hand sanitizing, masks are mandatory and access control to the food area is in place which means that only a limited number of people are allowed in that area at one time. All salads and desserts are pre-packaged and sealed with the remainder of the spread being dished for you by the friendly and helpful staff. About Billy G:

The first Billy G restaurant opened in 2010, at Montecasino in Gauteng, followed by several others in Gauteng, Kimberley, KwaZulu Natal, and Mpumalanga. This upmarket buffet-style restaurant brand is named after the late Dr. Billy Gallagher, a seasoned and respected chef and businessman whose contribution to the South African hospitality, food and beverage scene spanned four decades. The brand’s remarkable success can be attributed to the fact that you can enjoy a delicious meal at an upmarket restaurant that offers excellent value for money!
