CANSA needs people who will riot and fight for #Cancer must fall.

And YOU have the opportunity to make a contribution on 5 and 6 November when the eight Mossel Bay Relay For Life (RFL) will take place at the ATKV amphitheatre in Hartenbos.

This year the Galaxy of Hope will form part of the theme of Paint your world purple. A number of regular teams have register, but there is also a steady increase in individuals that will be taking to the field to show that they are prepared to take up the fight against Cancer.

During the recent Breast Cancer walk at the Langeberg Mall some of the RFL committee picketed for Cansa. They also invited the participants to take part in the fun parts at the Relay.

The Relay is about celebration, fight back and fun. Next week the fun starts at 16:00 and will continue until the Luminaria ceremony, when candles are lit and placed around the course and everyone remembers their friends and family that lost their battle and those that are still fighting the battle against cancer.

After this celebration the fun continues and an interesting programme with local artists and interesting activities are lined up to keep you occupied for hours on end.

For only R50 per individual or R600 for up to 15 team members you will be showing your commitment to fighting cancer. “And if you have a problem in staying the whole night, just do what you can and then go home knowing that you’ve done your bit,” says chairman Freddie Faul.

Just do it. Enter today by calling Ann Pretorius on 082 565 1868 or Freddie on  083 560 2457.
