Celebrate Heritage Day at Kurland Hotel

braaiSeptember 2013 – The renowned 5-star family friendly, Kurland Hotel, a Relais & Châteaux member property, situated in the Crags near Plettenberg Bay, introduces a special dinner buffet menu to celebrate Heritage Day on 24 September, at 18:00, created by the award-winning Executive Chef, Leon Coetzee at R350.00 per person.

For main course, the succulent braai buffet includes marinated sirloin steak, Rosemary and garlic butterflied leg of lamb, whole smoked Norwegian salmon, boerewors sausage, chicken wing chilli kebabs and prawn and lime kebabs with side dishes to enjoy such as organic mixed green salad, roasted artichoke salad, potato, spring onion and bacon salad, roasted mixed garden vegetables and freshly baked breads.

Indulge in decadent desserts such as a traditional South African melktert, apple crumble, chocolate mousse cake, lemon chiffon cake and rose cup cakes.
