James Blond is back for adventure 23, marking half a century of the popular franchise. This time around the baddie had much more modest intentions than global destruction: he merely wants to destroy MI6 ingeneraland M in particular. Naturally it’s up to James, aided and abetted by Q and a beautiful woman, to save the day. The film is doing extremely well on overseas markets and has met withgeneralcritical approval. Enjoy.

The prequel trilogy to Lord of the Rings appears to have much the same plotline, revealing how Bilbo came to have Golum’s ”Precious” ring in the first place. Bilbo is approached out of the blue by Gandalf, and tasked to help the Dwarves recover their kingdom. So Bilbo, Gandalf and 13 dwarves set out on a long trek, which is only going to finish at the end of the third installment. They will have lots of adventures and fights along the way, and decapitate quite a few opponents.
