With the team at De Krans always priding themselves on their passion for innovation, it seemed only natural to build on the success of the Premium White Moscato Perl\u00e9 and develop something similar for red wine drinkers.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>2017<\/strong> <strong>Premium Red Moscato Perl\u00e9<\/strong> is a natural sweet red wine, made from predominantly Muscat de Frontignan grapes, blended with a small percentage of our own South African Pinotage grapes, to create the perfect balance in flavour and taste. The result is a beautiful light ruby red colour with fine bubbles. On the nose, fresh tropical fruit flavours of litchi and apricot are in abundance, with pleasing aromas of strawberries and cherries. The wine is fresh with a fizzy taste and a surprising, yet pleasant, exotic spice on the aftertaste.<\/p>\n<p>When to drink this perfect \u2018365 days a year\u2019 wine, you might ask? Use it as an aperitif, serve chilled; as an accompaniment with cheeses, red meat and fruit\/chocolate desserts, or even ice cream. With an alcohol of only 9.5%, it can even be enjoyed during a brunch with the in-laws, on a picnic lunch date, or enjoying a spectacular South African sunset.
