On November 16th, Hisense’s first South African Customer Care Center was opened at Mossel Bay. The customer service center provides service solutions such as display and arrangements of products, sales, and after-sales services. Hisense’s local agency Haas Das, GM of Hisense South Africa Jerry Liu, after-sales Service Department Director of Hisense Nicki, and more than 100 local customers took part in the opening ceremony.
The Customer Care Center is the first of its kind in the overseas stores for Hisense and it is designed to meet customers’ increasing needs of product consulting and services as Hisense Smart TV sales are on the rise. The sales center provides pre-sales consulting, sales promotions, after-sales services, and etc. It brings unique solutions for customers that would like to customize their home entertainment layout and install home appliances. The sales center also offers on-site installation services, and other quick after-sales services. All of these solutions will play an important role in building and enhancing the Hisense brand reputation.
Haas Das, as Hisense local agency, has a wide-range of experiences in providing a full range of home electronics and appliances solution plans. It is responsible for the installation, product/service consulting, and after-sales services.
